The tea for August 2021 is a sencha with Kabusecha, a tea with a parasol. The tea leaves are grown in mountainous fields in Kakegawa, and are blended with Kabusecha, which is grown by covering the tea trees for a certain period of time without exposing them to sunlight, to give it a sweet taste.
